Conduct “originality analysis + ownership verification” based on the database of the Copyright Protection Center, and issue the “Feasibility Report on Copyright Registration” (Chinese & English version, applicable for foreign-related cases).
Deliverables: Feasibility Report on Copyright Registration, Work Type Adaptation Recommendation Form
You provide basic materials (work samples, identity certificate/original POA), and we are responsible for translation, format calibration, and assistance with notarization/authentication of foreign-related POA to ensure materials meet the requirements of the Copyright Protection Center.
Deliverables: Approved document package (submittable to the Copyright Protection Center directly), POA authentication receipt (for foreign-related cases)
Submit the registration application to the China National Copyright Protection Center, obtain the “Copyright Registration Acceptance Notice” within 1 working day, and the copyright symbol © can be used for marking.
Deliverables: Copyright Registration Acceptance Notice (electronic + paper version), registration application number
The Copyright Protection Center reviews the formal compliance of application materials; if there are issues, a “Supplementary Notice” will be issued (we provide free supplementary correction solutions).
Deliverables: Supplementary Notice (if any) + supplementary correction template, formal review approval receipt
The Copyright Protection Center reviews the originality and ownership of the work; if no objections are raised, it enters the public announcement stage; if there are disputes, a “Rejection Notice” will be issued (we provide free objection response solutions).
Deliverables: Preliminary Qualification Announcement of Copyright Registration or Rejection Notice (including response solutions)
After no objections are raised during the public announcement period, the Copyright Protection Center issues the “Work Registration Certificate”; we mail the certificate and provide a copyright protection/usage guide manual.
