China Trademark Registration

This is the trademark registration information collection form, which only takes about 10 minutes to complete. To improve processing efficiency, we recommend preparing the required materials in advance: trademark sample, Power of Attorney (POA), and identity documents for smooth upload. You can submit personal/enterprise information and the trademark classes you wish to register through this form.

• Basic Service Fee: $399 per class (10 sub-classes are recommended for each main class to meet common registration needs);
• Additional Fee: If more than 10 sub-classes are selected for a single main class, an additional official fee will be charged for the excess sub-classes at a rate of $10 per sub-class.
