ID Proof Or Business Certificate
If the trade mark owner is a business, a scanned copy of the business document with a stamp is required, if the trade mark owner is an individual, a scanned copy of the identity document with a signature is required. This document will be kept in strict confidence and will only be used for the purpose of trade mark registration, you can also add a protective watermark without affecting the use of the document.
Brand Sample
The size of Trademark Brand design samples should be not less than or equal to 5×5 cm and not more than or equal to 10×10 cm. If the sample is in color, we need the color sample and also one sample in black and white.
Power Of Attorney
Please sign or affix your seal to the enclosed Power of Attorney (POA) document, which has been duly executed by the applicant. Once signed, please return the document to us for further processing
Name & Address
If the Applicant's name and address are in English or other languages, please provide the name and address and translate them into Chinese. We can also help you with translation.
